Upon receiving a refund:

  • Your license to use the digital product is immediately revoked.
  • You must delete all copies of the file from your computer, cloud storage, and devices.
  • Continued use of a refunded product is a violation of international copyright laws.

3. How to Request a Refund

  2. Use the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Order ID]” & request refund from user dashboard.
  3. Include a brief explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations. (We ask this solely to improve our products for future customers; your feedback is valued).

4. Processing Time

Once your request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval.

  • Refunds are processed back to your original method of payment (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or Bank Transfer).
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

5. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

To keep this policy sustainable and fair for all customers, FarwaMarket.com reserves the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse.

Refunds may be denied if:

  • We detect that a user is repeatedly purchasing and refunding multiple products (Serial Refunding).
